AMIK cottage has four bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, a third with bunk beds, and a fourth with trundel beds.  One of the sofas in the living room is a pullout bed. A stair ladder in the trundel bed room leads to a play loft directly above.

The cottage is equipped with a flat screen LCD TV and  DVD player. A selection of DVDs is provided. A radio and CD player are located in the living room area along with a small library of  books.


Check-in, check-out times:

The cottage is available from 2 pm Saturday to 10 am the following Saturday.


What is provided:

Electric heat in every room.
Standard range plus microwave oven. Complete kitchen with 11 cu. ft. refrigerator plus beverage fridge.
5 cubic foot chest freezer.
Fire pit and firewood.
Hand soap and toilet paper.
Cleaning supplies.
Pillows and blankets.
Two canoes and two childrens' kayaks are available.

What is not provided:

Guests are required to bring their own bed linens and towels

Laundry facilities are available in Calabogie 20 km (12 mi) away.
Telephone: There is a Bell cell tower located on the lake.
A municipal boat ramp is located 5 km  ( 3 miles) from AMIK cottage on the access road.
Electrical outlet at lakeside for recharging trolling motor batteries, etc.    
                                            

Restrictions and Cautions:
    
No smoking is permitted inside cottage.
 
Pets are not allowed.

Guests are required to wear their own life jackets when using the canoes or kayaks and to ensure that all safety equipment (provided) is on board.

Campfires are permitted only in the fire pit provided, are to be kept small and completely dowsed with water when finished. A hose is conveniently located for this purpose. Fires are not permitted if a fire ban is in effect in the area.
